• 1. What is the System Configuration required to attend classes at home? 
  For Live classes : A student enrolled for Live classes at home can join classes on Laptop Only with the latest OS (MS Windows 10) to access live classes at home 
  For Pen Drive / Google Drive / Backup: Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1 or above, Windows 8, 8.1, Windows 10. Processor: Core 2 Duo 1.5 GHz and Above, Celeron Dual Core 1.5 GHz and above, Intel Atom Quad Core 1.5 GHz and Above. RAM: 2 GB Free Memory
  2. When will the student get the Serial key and download link once the enrolment is done?
  Students will get the serial key and download the link via email in the next 24 hrs after the completion of the enrolment process.(24 Hours Start After 48 Hours of Order processing time)
  3. How will students ask Academic queries?  
  A student may ask queries via interactive chat module in Live classes that make live classes different from asynchronous teaching methodology, however, google drive class queries will be addresses via respective subject wise WhatsApp support number specifically given on student dashboard to interact with faculty on a scheduled time
  4. Can a student get a validity extension of classes in specific cases?
  Yes, the student may avail of a validity extension by paying a nominal fee under inevitable conditions only.
  5. How students will access Aldine LMS ?
  LMS functionality has been incorporated with the student dashboard itself, which can be accessed on a laptop and Mobile.
  6. How much internet bandwidth do I need to view Live classes?
  We are offering classes with various quality standards hence students may shift the video quality as per the bandwidth availability, however a class of 2.5 hrs. consumes between 700Mb to 1 GB depending upon the quality being experienced.
  7. In case I miss any class due to personal or technical concerns at my home then how can I get the backup of the same?
  Yes, we have a realistic backup policy, all the classes being streamed live will also be given as backup hence leverage full flexibility for uneven learning.
  8. Refund Policy 
  No refund will be made under any circumstance.
  LMS validity for all the batches running at Aldine will be 30 months from the date of registration, this policy is effective for all the batches started on and later 1st Dec 2020 . This is applicable for all Live at home, Google, and Pen drive batches across all levels.
