Conferenza, operated by Conferenza Next Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”), respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website and how we use it.

Account details: your mobile number (for OTP login), name, email, course preference and delivery address.
Order details: the products you buy and payment status. Card/UPI/bank details are handled entirely by our payment partner (Cashfree) and are never stored on our servers.
Usage data: basic device and browsing information used to operate and improve the site.
How we use it
To create your account, process orders, deliver products, provide support, and send transactional messages such as OTPs and order updates.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (payments, SMS, hosting) and only as needed.
Data retention & your rights
We retain order and account records as required for accounting and legal compliance.
