Refund & Cancellation Policy

Video lectures / digital courses

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Access is arranged with the faculty as soon as an order is received, so the purchase is final and fees are non-refundable.

A subscribed course cannot be exchanged for another course, and access is non-transferable.

Books & physical study material

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Printed books are made-to-order or sealed products and are sent for dispatch as soon as an order is received.

Returns are accepted only where an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To raise a claim, email support@conferenza.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/an unboxing video. Approved cases are eligible for replacement or refund.

Approved refunds

Where a refund is approved, it is processed to the original payment method via Cashfree, typically within 5–7 business days.
