Refund & Cancellation Policy

Video lectures / digital courses

Once a course is purchased and access is granted, the purchase cannot be cancelled and fees are non-refundable.

A subscribed course cannot be exchanged for another course, and access is non-transferable.

Books & physical study material

Printed books are made-to-order/sealed products. Returns are accepted only where an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To raise a claim, email support@conferenza.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/an unboxing video. Approved cases are eligible for replacement or refund.

Approved refunds

Where a refund is approved, it is processed to the original payment method via Cashfree, typically within 5–7 business days.
