Artificial Intelligence (AI) is no longer just about building bigger models, it's about understanding where the real value is created. The AI stack spans from energy, chips, and infrastructure at the foundation to models and applications at the top. The AI landscape is also shifting from closed models to open-weight models, giving enterprises greater control, lower costs, and the flexibility to deploy AI on their own infrastructure. As AI becomes more accessible, the competitive advantage may move away from owning the model and toward successfully implementing it.
