We already know one thing: 👉 Financial Statements must clearly indicate whether they are Standalone or Consolidated (This comes under identification marks) But here the question is slightly different… Is it necessary to write “Standalone” on each statement? Like: Standalone Balance Sheet Standalone P&L Standalone Cash Flow Standalone SOCIE Or… Can we simply write once: 👉 “Standalone Financial Statements” and then present all statements? ✅ Correct Understanding: 👉 It is important that the user knows these are Standalone Financial Statements ❌ But writing “Standalone” on every single statement is not mandatory 💡 Practical View: 👉 You can write it everywhere — no problem 👉 But it is not compulsory “Identification is required — repetition is not.” #FinancialStatements #StandaloneVsConsolidated #AccountingConcepts #CAInter #CAStudents #ConceptClarity #LearnAccounting #CommerceStudents #StudySmart #ExamPrep #CorporateAccounting #FinancialReporting #AccountingBasics
