This course prepares the learners for Paper 2 (Group I) – Corporate & Other Laws (New) of the CA Intermediate Examinations conducted by the ICAI. The course has been designed based on ICAI syllabus.
The Course contains e-learning lectures covering conceptual explanations, case studies and various aspects of Companies Act and other related statutes.
The course covers various provisions of the Companies Act in detail in addition to the Negotiable Instruments Act and other elements of the Indian Contract Act. 400+ MCQs are provided to students on the App & the website in order to aid them in their exam preparation.

The May'26 course is valid till the exam date or 31st May 2026 whichever is earlier. Similarly, Sep 26 course is valid till the end of exams or 30th Sep 2026 whichever is earlier. Same is the case for all Other Attempts. If exams are postponed beyond these dates, students can choose to extend the course till the revised exam dates on payment of extension fees.

Individual Modules have 30 days validity; Also, upskilling courses may have validity ranging from 60 days to 90 days - their validity will be mentioned in the course description.
What happens if my account is debited but course is not activated?
Sometimes due to failure at your card issuer end or at the transaction processor end ( G Pay / Phone Pe/ UPI) or at our payment gateway end, amount may be debited from your account but course may not get activated.
