Auditing & Code of Ethics - Book

This Book prepares the learners for Paper 6 (Group II) – Auditing & Assurance, of the CA Intermediate Examinations conducted by the ICAI.  The Book has been designed based on ICAI syllabus (New) as announced in July 2023

The Book covers basics of Auditing and Standards on Auditing that are covered in e-learning lectures on Auditing & Assurance.  In addition to detailed concepts from Study Material provided by ICAI, questions (solutions are available in e-learning lectures only and not in the book) taken from the Study Material provided by ICAI, past exam papers, and ICAI RTPs are given in the book. 

Topics have been covered in Book, in an order that is different from ICAI Study Material to enhance the understanding of basic concepts before the students are exposed to more advanced concepts. Secondly, several chapters are covered as part of notes on Standards on Auditing as the content is almost same.
