Overview

This course is designed to prepare students for Paper 2 – Business Laws of the CA Foundation Examination conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). The content is structured in accordance with the latest ICAI syllabus and is aimed at helping students build strong conceptual understanding along with excellent examination readiness.

The course includes comprehensive e-learning lectures covering all topics prescribed by ICAI. Each chapter explains legal concepts in a simple and logical manner, supported by relevant case laws, practical illustrations, and detailed analysis of statutory provisions. The emphasis is on developing conceptual clarity while equipping students to confidently tackle exam questions.

To strengthen exam preparation, every chapter covers questions from Past Examination Questions, Revision Test Papers (RTPs), and Mock Test Papers (MTPs). This enables students to practice extensively using ICAI's examination pattern.

Students enrolled in the course will receive hard copy study notes/books at no additional cost (shipping available within India only). The study material is typically delivered within 7–12 business days from the date of purchase. Order status can be tracked through the student's Dashboard on the website or via the My Transactions section in the mobile app.

The course remains accessible until the end of the applicable examination or the course validity date, whichever is earlier. If ICAI postpones the examination beyond the validity period, students may extend course access until the revised examination date by paying the applicable extension fee.

How do I access the videos?
Videos are accessible through our Android app "1FIN" and our website. Our e-learning modules are streamed online. The videos can be played just like one would play a video on YouTube / Amazon prime videos

How long will the access remain for any course I purchase on the app / website ?
We provide access to full courses for CA / CMA / CS till the end of exams of a particular course. E.g.: Nov attempt courses are valid till the end of Nov Exams. Individual Modules have 30 days validity; Also, upskilling courses may have validity ranging from 60 days to 90 days - their validity will be mentioned in the course description.

What happens if my account is debited but course is not activated?
Sometimes due to failure at your card issuer end or at the transaction processor end ( G Pay / Phone Pe/ UPI) or at our payment gateway end, amount may be debited from your account but course may not get activated. In such scenarios, we assure you that we will work towards resolution of the issue . Usually, transaction gets reconciled and money is either credited back to you or received by us within 5-7 days.
