I had purchased lectures of CA Vishal Bhattad Sir, and there’s no doubt that he is one of the best teachers and mentors in the CA community. His concepts, teaching style, and energy in class are absolutely amazing, and I have huge respect for him. However, my experience with V Smart Academy’s technical support has been very disappointing. I just wanted to transfer my lectures to a new device, but the process turned out to be slow and complicated. The support team took too long to respond and did not provide a clear or quick solution. And I had given 5 stars because of Vishal Bhattad Sir.
